2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will replace it or issue a full refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that personalized items, opened testers, or discounted products cannot be returned.
